If you use the enquiry form, we receive the name, email address, optional organisation and message you submit. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message.
Why we process it
Only to read, consider and respond to your enquiry, and to continue any conversation that follows. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as it remains useful to the relationship, and deleted when it no longer is. Enquiries that do not lead to a conversation are routinely removed.
Service providers
Email is delivered through our email provider. If a third-party form-delivery service is connected in future, this notice will be updated to name it before the form starts accepting submissions.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts and no non-essential cookies. That is also why you are not being asked to accept any.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time, and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.
